Yahoo Publisher Network Beta
Yahoo recently announced an invite-only beta version of their Yahoo Publisher Network. I received my invitation to participate in the Yahoo Publisher Network Beta (YPN) program last night. This is cool. There's a lot of support info and sign up was easy. Ad formats and customizations were a snap. And if you have any problems, they also have a support number which is pretty impressive.

I was fortunate also to have met with the Product Manager for YPN here at the SES conference and plan to post an interview with her here in the coming weeks pending Y! approval.
The YPN program rivals Google's AdSense, which allows online publishers to place ads on their web sites and blogs. Google shares revenue with the site owner based on the clickthrough fees generated from the ads.
The YPN program is estimated to move out of beta by the end of this year.
