I was chatting with someone today about the challenges that managers face. I said that I thought every manager will need to master the ability to say NO. Do you agree?

Multiple priorities, scope creep, and combined roles are the norm. But FOCUS is what will differentiate highly successful managers, and companies, from their mediocre and overextended counterparts.
