Ok, the title’s long, but the book, “Think Like A CEO” is good. Penned by Mark Kuta, Jr., the book is an excellent and encouraging guide on how to boost your selling effectiveness and become that “trusted advisor.”
Quoting from the preface, “Is your sales team selling high enough? Everyone in your company who touches your prospects or customers should act like a CEO This book will teach your employees and your sales teams to deal with your clients as if they were the CEO. ”
Kuta stresses it’s all about delivering real value and relevancy to the C-Level prospects. What that means is focusing your sales and marketing efforts on how you can “look at things from the perspective of our customers, prospects and clients and align with their needs. It s an attitude that employees at every level can adopt.”
