If you are looking for a very simple method of printing checks, paying bills, tracking sales and expenses and creating estimates and invoices, this just may be the perfect product for you. There are limitations: It should be used for service-based industries as the product does not have the ability to track inventory. You will be able to create new estimates by duplicating and editing existing ones. When you finish a job, click a button to turn the estimate into an invoice.
You will be able to look up invoices, transactions, customers, and vendors instantly from the main screen. Related records are linked so you can move from an estimate to its invoice, or an invoice to its payment. The main screen also allows direct access to your bank and credit card registers and reports.
You will have the ability to customize your sales receipts, invoices, estimates and credit memos by showing or hiding fields; changing styles and colors, and even include your logo. This is a wonderful way to present a professional image without all of the added costs.
