An "online contract" is a contract that governs the use of a Web site by viewers of the site. The online contract is posted on a Web site, and hyperlinks to the contract are posted throughout the Web site. By using the site, viewers are deemed to consent to the online contract. An cnline contract is also sometimes referred to as a "terms of use agreement."
