Lance Armstrong is podcasting
If you're a fan of Lance Armstrong and/or the Tour de France, you'll be happy to know that Lance will be podcasting throughout the Tour courtesy of Sirius. You can subscribe to the podcast feed and have it delivered to your mp3 player automatically everyday.
If you use iTunes, you can subscribe to the feed. I figured out how to do this today:
- Open iTunes
- Click on the Advanced link in the toolbar
- Click on Subscribe to podcast
- Enter the podcast URL and click OK
The podcast will be added to your podcast library and everyday when you open iTunes, the latest updates will be installed.
Apparently over 1 million people upgraded to iTunes 4.9 in the 2 days since it was released (I think I heard this on NPR this morning). And, you can add your own podcast to their library so do the math...podcasts are very quickly becoming mainstream and the savvy solo-preneur has an amazing opportunity to connect with potential clients everywhere.
