Velox print
commercially prepared photographic reproduction of camera-ready art, made using a special photographic paper called Velox. Velox offers unique reproduction capabilities (such as the reproduction of halftone copies as line copy) at low cost. Velox prints are used to make multiple copies of camera-ready art for distribution to various print advertising media. Velox prints have largely been replaced by lino prints that are computer generated.
