Utility Communicators International (UCI)
international organization founded in 1921 as the Public Utilities Advertising Association and then later as the Public Utilities Communicators Association to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and to promote the development of utility advertising communications. Membership consists of advertising and public relations directors of electric, gas, water, telephone, transportation, nuclear, and other utility companies or allied interests.
