Dictionary of Finance and Investment Terms: two-way trading
two-way trading
in general, a contract feature that permits trading back and forth the two assets involved. Term is used in international finance to mean American Depositary Receipt (ADRs) or Global Depositary Receipt (GDRs) that are interchangeable, respectively, with their underlying common shares. ADRs and GDRs that can be converted to related common shares and vice versa enjoy enhanced liquidity.
