aWindows utility that shows a list of running programs and operating system tasks and allows you to terminate them.You can access it at any time by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del or by typing taskmgr at a command prompt.
To find out the function of any task, especially if you are concerned that it might be malware, simply search for its name on Google or another large search engine.
