selling broker (agent)
the licensed real estate broker ( agent) that brings forth the buyer. Contrast with listing broker (agent).
Example: Abel was the selling broker under a multiple listing agreement. He showed the property to Collins, the buyer. Abel will share the commission with the listing broker.
