personal assistant
a staff person who is unlicensed but works under the supervision of a licensed real estate agent and conducts many of the tasks that agents routinely do. They are prohibited from providing advice, information, or services that require a license.
Example: Elaine's personal assistant prepared information sheets on listed properties, placed "for sale" signs on listed properties, and conveyed copies of documents between the parties.
