on-us item
- check payable from funds on deposit at the same bank where it is presented for collection. If there are sufficient funds in the account on which it is drawn (the drawee's account), the check can be cashed or deposited into another account. Also called a house check.
- electronic funds transfer where the paying and receiving accounts are at the same bank.
