Wagner Act (1935). Federal statute establishing collective bargaining by: (1) creating the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB); (2) providing NLRBsupervised elections; (3) outlawing unfair labor practices by employers; and (4) authorizing the NLRB to conduct unfair labor practice hearings.
