mini-warehouse
a building separated into relatively small, lockable individual units, typically with a garage door-style opening, that provides storage. Units are typically rented month to month and are sized from 5' × 5' to 25' × 25'. A typical 10'× 20' mini-warehouse can be rented for $100 per month to be used for the storage of excess business or household goods.
