Market Performance Committee (MPC)
New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) specialist oversight group consisting of members and allied members. MOC monitors specialists' effectiveness in maintaining fair prices and orderly markets and is authorized to assign or reassign new or existing issues to specialist units based on their capability.
