Definition of jury of executive opinion

forecasting method whereby a panel of experts-perhaps senior corporate financial executives-prepare individual forecasts based on information made available to all of them. Each expert then reviews the others' work and modifies his or her own forecasts accordingly. The resulting composite forecast is supposed to be more realistic than any individual effort could be. Also known as Delphi forecast.
