bulk discount
reduction in per-unit selling price made to reward buyers of bulk (large) quantities and to encourage future bulk purchases. The postage discounts offered by the U.S. Postal Service are available only for bulk mailings. Advertisers may receive bulk discounts for purchasing bulk quantities of media space or time.
