autojoin
a feature of drawing programs that automatically joins endpoints that are within a certain distance of each other, so that you can draw a closed curve without having to come back to the exact pixel where the curve started. (See Figure 21.) If you are having trouble getting curves to close so you can fill them, try increasing the autojoin setting. See your software manual for details.
