Consistency Sells - Just ask McDonalds
Did you know the single biggest reason for the success of McDonalds is their consistency? In that business, customers know exactly what they are going to get when they go a McDonalds - no matter where that restaurant is located. This has been one of McDonalds main business drivers since they started. Of course with that consistency, there should be quality. While McDonalds claims high quality, that part is somewhat arguable. But they certainly have the consistency down pat.
In your home based business, do you provide your customers/clients with a consistent, quality experience every time? One thing that will send your customers or clients elsewhere is having mixed experiences. If you have provided them with mixed results, you may not retain many of your customers and clients. After all, who wants to buy a product or service and wonder whether it will be adequate or not?
But if they know what to expect from you, they'll be back (assuming you've provided a quality experience). And not only will they be back, but they'll give you referrals. Think about the businesses you buy from; don't you return to certain businesses time and time again because you know that you can expect quality results from them? And don't you tend to avoid the ones who give spotty or mixed results?
So consistency really does sell - over and over again. Quality thrown in makes it unbeatable!
