4 girls and potato skins?

What? Yep, 4 girls (my two sweet kids and there two sweet friends) and ME.... Dinner at Fridays and all they want to eat is potato skins. Business is about making an impression, creating an experience and being memorable is a way that brings back your clients - and their friends over and over and over again. Tonight we are celebrating my 10 year olds acceptance to a local school that she (and we) wanted her to go to. When asked "where do you want to eat?" Just like every time we ask the answer is always the same- Fridays, and they eat the same thing- potato skins. I really don't know how but this place has made that impression on them and now (in fact right now) I have 4 kids at Fridays sharing that experience- good business Fridays. Try to always make that sort of impression with your clients and make them say your name every time when asked.
