    One complaint I might also hear  from a client is “I’m not getting enough appointments in a 7 hour period“. Here’s the thing people. Quality  appointments will rule out over quantity every time.  If you’re looking for good appointments, well that comes with taking your time and doing the job correctly. If you’re looking for a lot of appointments in a short amount of time you’re asking for trouble. Think about it this way. If you’re a salesperson and you’re looking to make new clients you need to establish a rapport with them. It’s the same with cold calling. In order to set a quality appointment that’s longer than 15 minutes you need to be able to reach the prospect, send literature, follow up on the literature and set the appointment. This is not always accomplished in a 7 hour period. It takes time and a sense of wanting to establish a relationship with the prospect. Remember the story of the tortoise and the hare? Slow and steady wins the race.
