mini-ware house
a building separated into relatively small lockable individual units, typically with a garage-door-styled opening, that provide storage. Units are typically rented month to month and are sized from 5' × 5' to 25' × 25'.
Example: A typical 10' × 20' mini-warehouse can be rented for $75 per month to be used for storage of excess household goods.
