Laurent’s foray into the restaurant business had long been one of his desires, and he has yet to shake the delectable demon as he still has aspirations for another place.
Yet, what makes one restaurant sizzle while another one fizzles? Does anyone have the answer to why the 112 Eatery packs ’em in yet the previous concept limped along?
I don’t know if anyone knows. It is apparent all over the country, that while some people built culinary successes launching like a rocket ship others open the doors and feed the few who stumble in unknowing of what too expect.
Why does this happen. It is a daily occurrence that nobody seems to have the secret for.
