The debate over the cost of health care and the 46 million uninsured in this country has moved to the states, where there is movement towards universal health coverage. Let’s not confuse the matter – this is only about moving to one principal payer that would cover all citizens. This is decidedly not about the socialized medicine system we see in Great Britain.
