We all need a little more LOVE at the office When building a culture in any business we all want to achieve unity of the group and a family oriented environment. One that everyone is one the same page and will always be there to support the other in a time of need right? How many times do you say in that interview process that you are all like one big family? Well, it can’t be that way if you don’t have the best people you can possible find. The minute you let some in that isn’t at the very top of their game the rest of the family knows it and responds.
I recently read the book Small Giants and took away the words that follow. Keep them in mind when you are looking at that next new hire or dealing with conflict inside of your business:
Business relationship are always conditional love; not like families that are unconditional and that love won’t exist unless you have people that are great at what they do and earn the respect, confidence and trust of their peers.
