I hate profanity, especially in the online world. But then I’m 55 years old and willing (albeit grudgingly) to admit that perhaps this is the way a different generation communicates.
Regardless of how I feel about the subject, I’m recommending this presentation to anyone who is interested in social media and how it can impact your customers. I do not know who Marta Kagan, the author is, so I’m not vouching for her facts. But if they’re right, I agree with her conclusions. I found this presentation thought-provoking and will share it with my boss and co-workers.
