– Making the tough decisions is one of the core requirements of being a business owner. The availability of good information is required to make a tough decision. This is why you should be tracking everything going on in your business, from inventory to books to personnel to vendors, to ensure that you have the information that you need on hand when those tough circumstances arrive. -ed.
