a fantastic book called, Change the Way You See Everything: Through Asset-Based
Thinking which is something anyone wearing the “sales professional”
hat at any given time should own. Cramer talks about how culturally we tend to
be deficit-based thinkers. I know my mom used to say, “Don’t get your
hopes up and you’ll never be disappointed” – and many of us had
upbringings where we were to focus on being average and mainstream. Gossip is
all about negatives, and we are in a gossip-prevalent society.

be focused on the positives, the assets. It is one of the most important traits
to have in determining your success.
