Tom Peters was a co-author of In Search of Excellence and has been a leading speaking and writer on management for some 25 years. I’m a big fan – I think he’s bright, brash, and says what few others have the guts to say. He is far from elegant in his presentation, which is one of the qualities I like about him.
His Tuesday post on healthcare is worth reading and following the links. I’ve also been writing about quality being “job number 1” to control cost and improve outcomes. At $1.6 trillion and rising, our industry has to answer the obvious questions.
