WIPE IT: Take antibacterial wipes with you — useful for cleaning up spilt food and drink and just for a good old wipe of the hands at meal time.
PLUG IT: Earplugs help when the noise of movies, snoring, babies crying or talking prevents rest.
RELEASE IT: Avoid queues of people waiting for the toilet. Wait until the in-flight meals arrive then off you go to the loo while everyone else is busy eating.
JET-LAG IT: Changing time zones affects some more than others:
"?¢ Get outside to expose yourself to daylight — to help your body clock readjust.
"?¢ It takes 72 hours to get used to a new zone, so try to work towards your destination time by going to bed earlier or later for a few days before your trip.
"?¢ Try to travel west rather than east — going east makes jet-lag worse as you lose time rather than gain it.
