One of the hardest decisions many entrepreneurs face is determining when it’s time to let go. Passion, pride and poor forecasting can obscure the warning signs.
The bottom line of this story? Don’t get too comfortable no matter how long you’ve been in business. Market forces can put you out of business in a heartbeat if you’re not paying attention. Take time to focus on what will make your small business successful — marketing and mapping out a plan to make things happen.
