Here’s a real estate agent who is definitely on his way up. He has developed a fantastic way to get top dollar for properties he sells. What I love about his idea is that it’s simple yet effective.
This particular agent does things a little differently than most. When he has a property for sale he rarely shows it to just one buyer at a time. Whenever possible, he schedules multiple buyers at the same time. For some properties he’s had as many as 15 potential buyers walking through the property with him at the same time.
This simple psychology is brilliant because it clearly shows every would-be buyer that others are interested in the property. It’s one thing for an agent to say there’s a lot of interest. It’s much more convincing when you see all the other potential buyers walking around next to you.
He’s even had situations where buyers compete with each other and bid up the price way beyond the original listing price.
Maybe this is common for many real estate agents but it’s new to me. I think it’s a great idea and it seems to work well for this agent.
