Here are a couple posts about going Agile. I think there are lots of things businesses can learn about how to engage the workforce and put out a good product from Agile philosophies and techniques.
Fellow Seattlite and author of Agile Management, David Anderson offers this thought provoking post called, Agile – Losing Site of the Goal? David’s book is targeted to software engineering, but the concepts translate well.
The second post is from Pete at the Agile Executive Blog. His post is called, Has Agile Crossed the Chasm?
Both posts bring up the question of who is the main cheerleader for Agile and there are some differences here. I have not shared a lot about Agile Management on this blog, but I think that, as a way of working, it has some real merits. I am no Agile expert, but there’s more and more that I can point to on the blogoshpere and share with you so we all deepen our interest and understanding together.
