It was enjoyable reading about a new company in startup mode currently calling itself 24 Hour Laundry. What I liked was the overview of what the founders have seemingly learned and what they are looking for – seems refreshing as if they are just cutting to the chase and know (through trial and error, I’m sure) what they don’t want, as well as do want for their business and their team. Take a look, and see what you would add or change, then send a comment.
Some of what they mention is:
Keep everyone informed, both on the good news and the bad news
Organize based on a cell structure for both technical and non-technical functions
3-5 person teams
As a seller, I’d want to work for a company like 24HL – it sounds like they get it. The humor doesn’t hurt, either.
