– I like the idea that your products or services should be of consistently high quaility. Following this idea you are verifying to the customer that the customer is right. While prior polls have shown that it is believed by business owners that the customer should be treated as if they are right, even if they are not, providing a consistent and high quality of service does well to enforce the feeling of the customer that they are being treated in the right way. -ed.
