If you’ve been on the web very long, you’ve surely run into the standard sales letter template that most internet marketers use. You know the one I’m talking about. It has a
at the top followed by some hokey copy that tries to suck you in by making you a friend or accomplice. Along with that, it normally contains several yellow boxes with photos and testimonials of people who have tried the product and made a gazillion dollars.
This product is the best thing since sliced bread. I made $13,299,982.23 within three hours of buying it, saving me from my homeless despair.
Of course, the letter never mentions the product price. You have to page through tons of copy to find it. And sometimes it simply isn’t there.
Most people hate these long sales letters. They seem to go on and on and on like the energizer bunny. They all have the same format and their goal is to get you to part with your hard-earned cash.
Well here’s a look at the lighter side. A spoof on the long sales letter. If you have a minute, hop on over and read it at www.clickhereyouidiot.com
