As the Northern Hemisphere summer heats up, be wary oh gentle readers, as to where sweat sweeps in and pores pour out. There are places in the US where one must be sure to bring an extra fresh shirt.
Proctor & Gamble recently released their fifth annual "Top 100 Sweatiest Cities´ list and the top place for perspiration is my namesake, Phoenix. Seems like the folks here really swim in it with the average Phoenix-ite pouring out 26 ounces every hour. Phew!
The rest of the state aint too far behind with Dallas, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Waco all in the top ten. So if you are travelling to this hot desert be sure to drink plenty of water and wear lightweight clothes.
So which was the least sweatiest of the sweaty cities? Ranked 100 was San Francisco. What a cool place!
