Joyce Wycoff, over at Good Morning Thinkers! offer this post called What “Simple Rules” Would Create Sustainable Innovation?
It’s an interesting post and has some great comments worth reading, too.
Joyce asks: “So, here’s the question: If you could create four “rules” (or guidelines or principles) that would create sustainable innovation within an organization, what would they be? Please respond in the comments section below.”
Here’s my responses to Joyce’s question:
1. Relationships = results
2. Great dialogue is our best tool for innovation
3. Ask more questions and make fewer statements
4. This company is up to something – it wants to make a huge difference and be insanely successful – we will strive to create the environment that has everyone engaged and up to something too.
How would you answer this question?
