Change the Way You See Everything Through Asset-Based Thinking – by Cramer & Wasiak. This is one of my all-time favorite books to help sellers with some introspection. After all, it isn’t always everyone else’s problem – often it is how we are framing the situation.
Negotiation Rules! – by Jeanette Nyden. Nyden is a professional mediator and attorney with practical corporate deal experience. This book could save you (or make you) lots of money, as most of us leave money on the table in negotiations.
