Amy’s Ice Cream is a regional chain of premium ice cream stores which puts a high premium on customer service. For the second year in a row, I’ve received a phone call asking me “how many dozens of chocolate covered strawberries did I want to purchase?”
Well, just one dozen, thank you.
What I like about this, is they were proactive in calling me. All I had to do was tell them when and at what store I would pick them up. So on Friday, when the line of people is 15 or more deep, I will waltz up to the front because I have a reservation and pick up one dozen of the yummiest chocolate covered strawberries made. My wife enjoys them every year. Plus, I’ve already bought the card. (Now if I could just find that perfect diamond:-)
