I really like his style of writing and think his post is right on and here is the link to the full article in his newsletter. Blogs are important tools in your PR/marketing and customer outreach arsenal. You can very powerfully engage your customers, prospective customers and even some pesky journalists by the conversations you start on your blog! And as I like to say “Blog the Change you Want to See in the World” (nod to Gandhi, of course.)
Think about it, if you want your customers to really understand your company, its values, its take and experience in its peer arena, a blog is a great way to begin that journey with them.
Now go and blog! And take note of Rich’s post and his humor and cadence because that’s a great example of how you can do the same thing with your blog. Be daring!
