In my previous post I talked about QuickBooks being open source and third party applications…I ran across this article by Doug Sleeter today in The CPA Technology Advisor. If the last post was of interest to you at all, I invite you to take a look at this article. I invite you to write in on your thoughts and/or questions on this article.
For those of you who are not familiar with Doug – he is a guru of QuickBooks and President of The Sleeter Group, an organization I am very happy to be affiliated with. If you are a QuickBooks junkie, ProAdvisor, or spend a lot of time in QuickBooks – I would recommend getting acquainted with this group. Click here to go to their website at www.sleeter.com.
They also host the premiere QuickBooks/Accounting Software Conference in the nation, hands down.
The most valuable resource they have is a nationwide group of QuickBooks Professionals who are actively bouncing ideas off of each other, helping each other out, seeking and giving guidance in each person’s area of expertise…they really are a wonderful group.
Thank You, Sleeter Group if you’re reading this.
Till next time…
