– I like this quote the best; “To make sure your business’ customer service is top notch, find out what your competition is doing and then copy and exceed it.” You shouldn’t just make up the level of customer service you give. You just have to make your service better then your competitors. Anything else is overkill and costs you money in the long run. -ed.
