Now today, while every other courier is raising prices, these guys are dropping theirs. The company’s fuel usage is actually down 50%, so they’re passing the savings along to their consumers. They’re another example of a company that is approaching their business with an encompassing green vision. They use their GPS for more efficient driver routing, they of course e-bill, and they’ve moved their office staff to home offices to do-away with commuting, everyone is networked through their laptops. Not surprisingly, the Clean Air Campaign of Georgia named Green Express “Innovative Company of the Year” in 2007.
