I don’t know about you, but keeping up with the digerati and all those first mover, early adopter types is hard work. It is a ton of fun, too. But you have to love it when someone builds a tool to make our lives easier.
A wise venture capitalist once told me to build painkillers, not vitamins, and Ping.fm is exactly that — a painkiller. From one website, you can update nearly all of your social networks and watering holes.

From the Ping site, I can update Facebook, LinkedIn (although it keeps glitching for just LI), Twitter, RollYourOwn, and others. It will even let me post via SMS / text messaging. That is one of the things I love about Twitter – I can do it from my phone, from my CB radio, from the web.
Ping.fm just filled a much needed role – aggregating all of my social networks into one spot.
