It’s common — noble even — to want to do things better the next time around. And this time of year, just prior to a new year, one’s thoughts often turn to what s/he can do better. Here are my personal finance New Year’s resolutions:
- Set aside a little more money for retirement this year.
- Budget a fence and a yard for my new home.
- Try to find more ethical investing opportunities.
- Continue to stay out of debt.
I like to keep it simple. After all, the key to successfully achieving your goals to make them achievable.
