Sometimes a recession creates opportunities for those ready to seize them.
For instance, Jerry Grubb has closed down his iconic diner in Huntington, PA. He’s willing to give away the classic 1950s diner as long as the recipient covers the cost of hauling it away.
The diner has been valued at $100,000.
Jerry’s hoping the new owner will open and operate it, and keep the Grubb’s Diner tradition of family-friendly food and fellowship going.
