I’m always looking to provide you, my readers, with the best resources. The latest one I’ve discovered and want to recommend is the online community “IdeaTango”. IdeaTango.com was founded by Bryan Daigle, who experienced first hand the wealth of misinformation facing first-time inventors.
“I come from an inventor background,” Daigle shared. “I know the hurdles inventors face. When I came up with my first idea, I had no idea what to do next. The only sources available for inventors I had been exposed to were those companies advertising on late night television with 1-800 numbers.”
Thankfully, Daigle recognized some red flags early on, before he dumped too much money into the fraud scheme.
“I thought, ‘There has to be a better way’. So I decided to create a web-based resource center to help inventors avoid the trap I did.”
Idea Tango’s intent is to help inventors be more successful. And they achieve this through three strategies.
“We connect inventors with information, with tools such as virtual tradeshows, contests, and discussion forums, and with reputable service providers like inventor coaches, patent attorneys, and manufacturers who can help them along the way.”
Idea Tango also provides a newsletter to those who subscribe, which informs inventors of upcoming shows and contests and announces changes made at Idea Tango. For example, the web-site recently launched a book store. The store informs inventors of the best books for them and their various needs.
I think IdeaTango.com is a great resource, and I highly recommend checking it out. Daigle has amassed a powerful team of well-respected and highly successful inventors to help him provide the very best advice.
