The story is sweet. Shannon Channel and Mike Albia are the cofounder’s of the Cannelli’s Pizza chain. Seven stores. No Dominoes or Pizza Hut. Just a local group of pie shops that do things better than many.

Wrapping rubber bands around flyers and attaching them to the doors of wealthy neighbors proved to be the beginning of the bankroll the new owner used start over from the days on the streets. Moving up the pizza chain ladder he saved enough money and impressed Albia and Chanel with his passion, spirit and work ethic that he was offered a franchise store.
And, today, the company openly seeks homeless workers to help give back what society often takes away.
